Suppose I'm offering a hypothetical set of services on the web called "My Services". And suppose I am offering these services through a domain I own, named myservices.com.
Of course I want to trademark the term "My Services". But would I also need to trademark "myservices.com", or does just having "My Services" trademarked also protect "myservices.com"?
Similar question: would I need to trademark "MyServices" (without the space)?
And how about "My Service" (singular)?
I'm only wondering about trademarking the name - not an image. I hope I can protect my product name without spending a ton of money trademarking all these different variations.
Thanks in advance!

Trademark law can be tricky. Honestly, I'd suggest you find a lawyer with experience in trademark protection and set up an initial consultation to ask him/her these questions. It will be money well spent, as you'll get a lot more authoritative answers than what you'll get from us armchair lawyers.
