Try searching in Google.es, using Spanish in your search and limiting the results to pages from the country. Get both subject specific and general in your search phrases. That'll help you find all of the Spanish directories that Google considers to be worthwhile, allowing you to save some time by ignoring the rest.

We have not much goog spanish directorys I´d suggest mine, but no pr yet, sorry man.
You will find good bloggers that may help you, but forget about spanish directory submission. Is not worthy even for a spanish.

That is a point of view only..

There are some valuable networks, portals and topic specific directories in Spanish with high traffic volume and potential client bases as there are in many languages.

Try what Randy suggests.. use the spanish version of words like 'keyword directory' (guía) , 'keyword groups' (grupos), 'keyword information' (información)' etc

The more you learn about the niche and the more expert your knowledge of that niche then the more suitable places you will find to add your 'services/site' to.
