hI!
I have a small question,
in which format is best to write the subpages to improve seo friendly internal linking for example:
domain.com/word1-word2-word3
or
domain.com/word1_word2_word3
or
domain.com/word1word2word3
Thanks in advance
George

It doesn't really matter. There's no huge advantage one way or another. See these previous threads on the subject.
Of the three the hyphenated version would be read as separate words. The other two would be read as all one word.

Thanks for the reply ,
I went throught few threats and im still comfused which is the best way with or without hyphen for subpages and not the domain name, some say that google does recognise individual keywords in non-hyphenated domain names so then for seo purposes doesnt make any huge difference,
the only positive is that subpages with hyphen its easier to read in the search results from potential customers.
Thanks

For SEO purposes keywords in the URL don't make a huge difference. Period. I believe that was the key point in the threads Randy was trying to point you toward.
As Randy said, if you want to make sure each word is recognized individually, use hyphens.
But if you think keywords in your URL are going to make a big difference in your rankings one way or the other, prepare to be disappointed.
