Get some quality PLR ebooks and giveaway free with your name & site address on it. If your ebook is really good, visitors will share with others or giveaway to their visitors too ... it work for me and try it. ebook giveaway is not as effective as before nowsaday ! the latest hot giveaway i tested is free software tools for list building ...

I know someone vaguely mentioned forums, but you might want to try googling whatever the basic concept of your site is and add the word "forums" to keywords related to that topic - i.e. "MUSIC FORUMS". Then find any forums you can that participate in that topic, and just begin to get yourself known there. Don't go in spamming - that's not what I am saying. but if you spend enough time on there, you will build your reputation and will have opportunities to talk about your website.
