When Google crawls any of my posts on my website it ends up looking like this in the search results - http:/ /img241.imageshack.us/img241/2940/fffffg1.jpg

What do I need to do so I get nice looking results? I just want it to show a description of my choice, not any of that admin, categories or date stuff that you see. Is it anything to do with the "excerpt" box in Wordpress?

I am confused as what I need to do, please help me out

Welcome clipscapital ! hi.gif

What do you expect the search engines to show in their snippet when there is no real text content on the page? None at all in several of the pages I looked at. Just a YouTube video with maybe one very short sentence that might relate to the page title.

You could try adding some text to a meta description tag, but you'll be better served if you simply add some text to the pages if you want a more descriptive snippet. Without any text content you leave them nothing to choose from by the stuff that is auto-generated by WP.

Google shows a completely different description depending on the search query. So it depends on what you typed into Google to see what you're showing in your screen shot.
