This is in repect to the comment given by Jill "Do not modify other people content".... but if one modify and present the same idea in a some other and in a more creative way, then what's the harm in it.

Legally, you cannot take this sentence off someone else's website: "The amazing views of the crashing ocean against fiery red active volcanoes is just one of the points of this cruise you'll remember for a lifetime" and simply do this: "The stunning views of the roaring ocean against red-hot live volcanoes is just one of the points of this voyage you'll remember for a lifetime."
What you can do is use the same idea and express it in an entirely new way. But just replacing a few words in the copy from someone else's website can get you sued and can also get the page you've altered banned from Google and deleted from your web host's server if a person files a DMCA complaint against you. Those are very quick and easy to file and search engines and web hosts take them very seriously.

Know that Google will give more preference to the content that it has indexed first, but why not to a better and creative content that it has already indexed.

Why not just make yourself a trusted source and put your own input in? Simply modifying what someone else wrote is a waste of your time and your readers. You may as well just be commenting on those other sites and giving useful input there. You can take any topic and make it your own, don't just steal someone else's idea...
If you haven't got enough of an opinion or idea to make something your own please don't waste anyone's time to read it. That's just wrong on all counts.
