I'm wondering if there is any decent way to customize the META description for individual blogspot pages. The only solution I have heard involves dynamically inserting the page title into both of the META tags. I don't have to tell you how "spammy" that would look. Besides, it wouldn't be very informative.
I found a way to make the page titles more SEO-friendly, but it seems Blogger doesn't offer much flexibility with regards to the META data.

I actually wouldn't worry about the meta description that much. If you have good keyword rich content, your snippets will be fine in the search results.

I do have quite a few posts on the blog, so creating descriptions for each would have been a big job, though I would have appreciated the practice.
