It will be interesting to see what Overture can offer publishers to switch their ad serving from Adsense.

I can't help but wonder if there are patent issues between these technologies.

Which came first? AdSense or AdSonar? Do they each have a patent?

On the surface, they sound exactly the same. Will there be law suits on the horizon over this?
