How To Find My Threads?

This is probably v basic but i cant seem to find the posts that i have made today and threads that i contributed to - is there a link to show 'my posts'?

If you look in the top right-hand corner, there's a link called "My Assistant." If you're logged on, you should see this under the top navigation bar.

Click on it and then click on "My last 10 posts."
