Interesting story.
I remember talking with the guys from Ask Jeeves in Boston two years ago, after they aquired Teoma. They were pretty jazzed about Teoma, but not even they liked the butler image. They were saying things like "this isn't your gandmother's Ask Jeeves." I figured then that it was only a matter of time until the butler was killed off.
Poor Guy.
