Hi,

We are willing to give back links from our website to a website of one of the universities, but we are worried to be considered as spammers or selling links by Google as we will be giving them the links in all pages. How many links per week can be reasonable to be given to this website? Are we making a risk by giving them a large number of links even if it was on intervals?

If you are really worried about what Google thinks then put "nofollow" on the links and you're set -- the people buying the link need to know that you are putting nofollow though. If they stop advertising because of that then they were buying links for the sole purpose of SEO and thats bad.

Are they indeed paying for the links? If not, what's the purpose of listing them on every page of your site? What is your actual relationship with the university?

Are the links in context of something else, or are they just links? If they are links in the context of content on your site, you should be fine. If they are links on a page, especially a page with other links that are not related, you might have issues
