i have a web site , where i use google pay per clik ( adsence ) , Please tell me in what way i crease the rate of pay per click. If i use adsence in some blog , then i can get money from google?

If your blog is relevant for keywords advertisers are purchasing in the Content Network on Adwords and your blog attracts human visitors who click on those Adsense ads, yes. If your blog's keywords are not popular with advertisers, or the blog doesn't get much real human traffic, or the people who visit for some reason don't click on the ads, no.
