We are fairly certain this is an extension of the new algorithm now known as "Florida".
I'm fairly certain that
every update extends the algo from the previous update.
What we're seeing isn't so much an algo change,
I don't think, but rather, it's a regular update (new pages going in, PR being calculated, etc.) combined with the infusion of a more recent and robust comparitive database (the database that contains the semantical stuff, the stemming type sort of thing (an offshoot of the semantics), and other static page and topic relational data).
The end result (stuff dancing wildly - even more so than we are normally used to) is the same, but it's not a major extension of an algo, but rather a major improvement (size and datawise, if not end-resultwise) in the compartive database.
