I am signing up a client for MSN adcenter, but before I did I wanted to double-check that there is no special account for managing client accounts like Google's MCC or Yahoo's Ambassador program.

Well, I found the answer, so I thought I would post it up in case anyone else was interested.
The MSN adexcellence program is still in beta, but will be similar to Google and Yahoo's designation.
