I went to PRweb toput in my release for the 8thAFHSOregon next meeting and discovered that PRWeb no longer does any free releases at all.
You must spend at LEAST $40 to do a release (old was $0 but then only was posted on their site, for $10 you got RSS feeds and Yahoo.)
There was not even a notice on their site that they only did paid releases now!
Nor did they even bother to e-mail people about the policy change. Bad practice.
If a company changes some fundamental aspect they should put out a press release - don't ya think?!
And they didn't!

Very old news, Tom! They stopped the free ones ages ago. I think there's an old thread on here somewhere about that.
