That's wonderful news for ClickTracks!
That said, I wouldn't put too much stock in any ClickZ awards as in the past, they don't seem to have much criteria for winning and often choose companies that do a lot of advertising with their parent company, Jupiter Media.
At least that's what it looks like from where I sit!

Yes, I would love it if Jupiter would post clear explanation of how they come to the winner's list.
