1. fix the menu on the top left. (move them over to the left a little)
2. make the navigation buttons for the top navigation instead of just links
3. change the color of the grayed out text. too hard to read
4. consider using a background for then entire page then another solid color background for the center content area

I like your logo, the planet makes it nice and cool.
The layout is clean but it is not neat enough. You should put the left menu to the left to make it in the center of the box

For example, look at Dell's home page. Beautiful photography, different colors accompanied by an offer and a call to action...right in you face when the page loads. It's all designed to say, "Look at this kick a-- computer and look at this deal! You know you want to learn more! Go ahead, click here." It feeds to their customers emotions immediately.
Now, I know you don't have Dell's budget by any means. But some louder photographs that say "Look at this computer da-- it!" And a loud offer that says, "And this is how cheap it is!" Nothing else, no big Microsoft or Geotrust logo...etc. Put the home page text underneath because the only ones reading it will be the serps.
Once you've convinced them to click through from your homepage, then you've got them for a little bit of time. Then you give them some text to read and make sure they learn about you and stuff.
Btw, good logo and good tag line.
