I need an advice. I want to put on my site pages links to other site's relevant pages.
1. Where would be better to place links: in the main text ( 1st or 2nd paragraph), make some link block on the bottom of the main text, on the top or bottom of a page, etc.
2. How many internal links would be enough?
3. Does a link title have any importance?
4. Should a link text and a targeting page name have the same keywords?

1. Place the links wherever it makes sense for real visitors.

2. Enough for what?

3. No, the title attribute of the a href tag is pretty much ignore currently.

4. They can, but they don't need to be the same. The link anchor text should describe what you're linking to. So if the page title of the destination page conveys the idea you can certainly use all or part of it.
