hi all,
i have site with php pages and databse...
it a vacation rental site...
i saw <url's edited> are few which are on the top when i search in google..which are very big site..
still they link all pages as .html in home page
one thing i saw in the source..they use .html?id=sleep(as example) type in the links
but when page open..its showing.html in the address bar..

so what should i do..to have top ranking in vacation rental listing

we use script where we dynamically convert php pages into html pages on runtime..for the main property display pages
others are llike login, signup etc pages are .php
so in property pages means most of the pages will be html converted

so, what should i do to get good listing... and what not to do
what tricks should i follow to get indexed in google?

pls thanks for your time...

sam

None of the techniques you describe these sites as using will have much affect on how their pages rank. They might affect the speed at which Googlebot will gobble up pages, but that's about it.

Get topical links, improve content, and read read read.

Welcome, Sam ;)

Sorry, but I had to edit out your live links. Have a look at number 11 in our forum policies for an explanation.
