Hi I would like to have my site reviewed
my URL is http://www.dialanet.com/rw
I was educating myself reading this site on SEO last night and I found out that my site is not keyword rich. In order to find out what the good keywords for my site would be I went to keyword tracker and tried to find out what are the better keywords for my competitors. If you know of a better way please let me know. I found out that pc to phone is the best kw. I will work on it today.
Is it true that every page should have its own kw and that it is better to be submitted separately or not?
Is this site completed or under construction?
Under construction
Do you have incoming links?
Not yet but I am considering putting it in directories and having reciprocal linkings(I think that is what they are called)
What keywords are you targeting?
pc to phone,cisco ata,device to phone,internet telephony
Do you want your code reviewed for errors or improvements?
Sure
Who is your target audience?
Adults with a pc and credit card to buy my product around the world.

Why is your site different from sites selling/offering similar info/goods/services? Why will someone want to do business you?
My prices are way cheaper than any of my competitors.price price price
My service is just as good as them if not better
How important is usability?
You mean practicality of the site and how easy it is to work with it?VERY. But isnt that the general answer?
What is the purpose of the site? (inform, sell, online community, support B&M business, contact info only, etc)
Sell pc to phone calls
Design
Do you want design suggestions?
Absolutely

Hi, Shervin!

I've only had time to take a quick look. I'll try to get in for a more in-depth review later. In the meantime, here are a few things I noted:

1. There are some minor grammatical errors in your copy on the home page. May be elsewhere, too; I didn't have the chance to read through everything. You might benefit from having a proofreader take a look at the copy.

2. The font size on your home page is reeeeeeealy tiny. I'm in my mid-40s, with a 17-inch monitor and I had to lean in to read it. I don't think it needs to be HUGE, but a few points bigger than it is would be much more readable.

3. On IE5.5, the font size on the interior pages is inconsistent. For instance, on the FAQ page, the font size for the questions is quite tiny, while the answers are much larger. Makes it hard to locate the questions. Under the first question (how to make phone calls), step number one, "Sign up here", the words "sign up here" are much smaller than any of the other words in the answer. They're actually a similar size to the words in the question itself, while the rest of the answer is about twice as large.

The font size looks okay (that is, it's the same size as the home page -- too small IMHO, but at least consistent) in Mozilla.

I think the problem has to do with inconsistencies in the way IE handles styled text sizes within tables. At least, that's been my experience. If you'd like more info on workarounds I've come up with, PM me.

4. The title attribute text for the "how it works" link in the toolbar across the top has a typo: "HOW TI WORKS".

5. You can get rid of the robots META with the "index, follow" instructions. It's unnecessary, as those are the default actions of a robot visiting the page anyway. And you definitely want to get rid of the "revisit-after" META. It will not force any robot to revisit your page every seven days (if they don't think you're worth visiting on a weekly basis, they won't no matter what your META tags ask them to do) -- but it will prevent standards-compliant spiders from visiting your pages more often if they want. In other words, even if a spider wanted to visit your pages today and come back tomorrow, your tag would prevent it from returning until next week. I presume that's NOT what you want to happen... :D

6. You might also want to consider getting rid of the "WELCOME TO DIALANET.COM" phrase from the title tag on your home page. It doesn't really do anything for you aside from take up space. Simply "DialAnet.com : Make phone calls from your PC and save!" would be better, MHO.

Lest it sound like I've got a lot of problems with your site, let me end by saying that your design overall is very clean and professional, your navigation is clear and easy to follow, your pages load quickly, and you've got a good start on your site copy/content. :P
