I'm looking for an all-in-one package that will track PPC Conversions as well as act like a log analysis for organic SERPs. It doesn't have to have a TON of features since the clients I deal with are not big e-commerce firms but either small or mid-size companies. Some sell high-end products so we will be tracking product sales but also sign-up forms, sales inquiries, etc..

I see that Click Tracks gets a lot of praise. I also stumbled upon Agent Interactive "Traffic Analyzer" which lists just about anything you'd want to track for $20/mo. and it seems that you can use multiple URLs to track more than one client. Has anyone used this one?

Any other all-in-one packages that you are happy with that won't break the bank?

It depends on how many clicks and domains you track as to cost, but www.KeywordMax.com has everything you could want and the interface is pretty easy to work with.

I expect to be getting a check from these guys soon I shill so much... but a good product is a good product.

If you want to track how you rank in free search terms at Google check out www.digitalpoint.com it is free.

MIDA, another one worth checking out similar to KeywordMax is Indextools.com. They provide reports by PPC Campaign broken down by keyword, and an overall keyword conversion report. And it's fairly reasonably priced.

:naughty: Thanks, both services look great. One question: Does Keyword Max allow for multiple websites or is it $20/mo per URL?

(I like the idea of co-branding the service.)

Thanks!

Ecommstats can provide you with everything you need and you definitely won't break the bank, you only pay for exactly what you use, no monthly fees.

Nope, never heard of that one but today I signed up for a free trial of Traffic Analyzer from Agent Interactive. It's $20 per month but you can list as many URLs as you like. I'm sure there is some kind of log limit, I'll figure it out during the trial. So far, I like it because it is an all-in-one tool for multiple sites so you can check up on all of your clients at once. Most of my clients are too mom-n-pop to pay $50 per month for Click Tracks so this is a great alternative - so far :)

They usually charge by the clicks... the levels go up with the monthly clicks... and I believe there is a one time add unique domains fee... but you get 4 or 5 included at the beginiing....

How's Traffic Analyzer working for you?

I'm about to bite the bullet on Click Tracks... $495 for the installed version. I can bill the client, but I don't want to waste their money when something that works just as well is available for less.

Hi Matthew, I'm still using the free trial. I'm sure Click Tracks is better but I still can't afford $495 so I'm patching together Traffic Analyzer with Digital Point's tools. You can also order "Rank Alert" sold by the same company, which I haven't tried yet. I wish they would roll the two into one product ;-)

I really like the visitor tracking feature for TA. You click on each visitor to the site and see what term they used to find the site, where they came from, what engine they used, and their path on the site.

Hope a link to examine the features is OK:
http://www.agentinte...cs/features.asp

I would guess that all of the big players like Click Tracks, HitBox, etc.. do this and more but I've never been able to afford them - yet.
