I heard a news about google uses Topic-Sensitive Pagerank instead of PageRank Value because before Google Update Florida many website try to increase pagerank by buying and trade pagerank. Google decided to reduce the value of pagerank to improve their search results. I think this time , Topic-Sensitive Pagerank is the most important for order the SERP. But I don't know how can I apply my website to based on that technology. Please share the idea if you know more details.
