Hi everybody,
Together with my web marketing team we were working to optimize www.nobelcom.com. We have worked on both on site and off site optimization. The goal is to become #1 in the main SE’s (Google, Yahoo, MSN) for the main keywords that you can see below.

General
Background
This site is one of the biggest sellers in the on-line phone cards industry. This company provides international phone cards and calling cards using VoIP technology.

Is this site completed or under construction?
The site is complete.

It receives updates from time to time because the rates for different destinations change.

SEO
Do you have incoming links?
Yes we have a fair amount of incoming links, mainly from our affiliates but also other websites with credibility and a good PR.

What keywords are you targeting?
Main keywords:
phone cards
calling cards
phone card
calling card

Secondary keywords:
prepaid phone cards
international phone cards
online phone cards
cheap phone cards

Do you want your code reviewed for errors or improvements?
It would be great if it can be done.

Marketing
Who is your target audience? Think about:
Gender
Nationality
Age Range
Income/Education level
Likes/Dislikes

Everybody who needs to make international calls. There are different products that can suit everyone. Since you need to have an internet connection and a small amount of PC/browsing knowledge I would say that the educational level is medium/high.

Why is your site different from sites selling/offering similar
info/goods/services? Why will someone want to do business you?
NobelCom has competitive products with no hidden fees, good infrastructure, some of the best quality and credibility since 1998.
Has no advertising and annoying pup-ups.
Friendly design and good usability.

How important is usability?
It is important but for now we think that it has a good usability. Being a corporate website we don’t want to make major changes regarding the design or usability. Nevertheless we still want to hear your suggestions.

What is the purpose of the site? (inform, sell, online community,
support B&M business, contact info only, etc)
Sell international phone cards for worldwide destinations.

Design
Do you want design suggestions?
We are opened to hear your suggestions and why not if they have good arguments maybe we will implement them.

Multi languages
The website is also available in Spanish at: http://www.nobelcom....L_LANGUAGE_ID=2

Thank you.

One quick note I can add is to use dashes ( - ) rather than underscores ( _ ) in your urls if you want to optimize them. Google will not be able recognize the seperate keywords/phrases in your URLs

One thing I noticed about the home page, is that its just too busy. It seems like you have to scroll forever and it might be hard to find what your interested in. Obviously this may not impact your rankings, but it could make it difficult for the prospects you do get. Also you might want to edit your title tags. You obviously rank well on Google for phone card, but the title is abbreviated and may be confusing.

Can you please tell me more about this "abbreviation"? I don't understand what you mean.

I am waiting for other impressions too.

Your description tag contains too many characters. It contains 261 characters. This is too many for what we would consider a 'robot friendly' web page. The maximum number of characters I recommend for this tag is 200. Please keep in mind that most search engines will display no more than the first 160 characters (including spaces) of this tag. I try to keep that tag up to a max. of 151 characters
