There are a lot of views and thoughts on this and i am totally confused . I have heard that there are different rates for Adsense based on area or I.P . Suppose some one click on an ad from Asian country you will get some cents and if someone clicks from US or England then this amount can be in dollars . Is it true or these are just rumors ? It may help me to target some specific traffic for my site .

I think the rate of pay is the same, it's just that you will earn more from US clicks than Asian clicks probably because the US are paying much more for the ads rather than Asia. I've always found US clicks to be more money than some other countries.
