We all keep a client box, but do we stay in touch? Do we offer them the best we can? One thing I have found truly helping client relations is going beyond the normal scope of the business at hand. Offering free tid bits which may be beneficial to them fosters good will.
Recently, CERT has issued a report for newbies connecting a new computer to the internet. There is more than likely nothing in it you do not already know. But, your small business clients may not have this knowledge. I use items like it to pass along. Who knows they may even thank you.
