Hi,

Say you have 1 site, but 2 domains. Widgets.com is the site and main domain name, but you have sprockets.com as well. You have a section inside your windgets.com site that is about sprockets. Is there any problems with setting up a 301 redirect from sprockets.com to the internal page of the widgets site?

Note: Create two separate sites is not an option.

Thanks

Perfectly legitimate and no problems at all RPS.

I've used the same technique more than once when taking multiple sites and merging them into one massive site. Helps users get to where they really need to be, helps the search engines figure out that the remaining site covers a lot more ground.
