Hi,
guys, I want to buy old domain (9 month old) domain to avoid sand box issues. I used domain age tool to make sure that it is 9 months old.
My question, will that will help to avoid the Sand Box? Please consider the fact that the domain never contains content and not indexed by Google now.

I think it does help, but if you think it does not I am going to believe you

The common theory is that the aging delay clock doesn't start ticking Google finds some links pointing to the site. This is also what triggers Google to start crawling and indexing the site.
Since the site is not indexed one would assume there have never been any links pointing to it. So it would follow that the aging delay clock has not yet begun to start running. So I wouldn't purchase the domain expecting any type of aging delay benefit.

If Google doesn't know about it, then how could it help? In other words, it's new to Google.

If there hasn't been any content on it and it's not been linked to or in Google's index, it's still a brand new domain.
