Not sure what you're looking at, because it can't be the same site I'm looking at. This site is very ameatur and I would not trust the information on it if I came across site, simply because of the design. It looks like a site just thrown together in an attempt to make some money from affiliate programs or something.
A site that does something similar to what you do, and looks decent, is surf4work.com
You can use that for an example.

I have to agree with outerbox, the site doesn't look very professional. Try to improve the design so it will look more professional. A quick tip: don't use images with a white background on a page with a different color.

Outerbox is correct. I get emails all the time telling me I can make money doing surveys and such. Most are spam. The central goal of this site is that it has to instill confidence in the visitor that this is legit.
To me this is little more than just a collection of ads. A more professional design is a necessity. And testimonials from people who've taken surveys and actually made money. And the review process.
Having the ads from Google being the first thing people see damages credibility and takes them away from the site before they've even read the text. Have them lower on the page.

Are you sure using this <META content="index, nofollow" name=robots> is right? Also if i was you, I would get rid of these useless meta tags:

Also I would delete this <META http-equiv=Content-Language content=EN> and add the document language in the <html> tag instead like this: <html lang="en">.

Hiya!
The logo needs some work, it's very low quality. My guess is it's been made smaller to fit and has lost the quality that way.
The body text should be inline with the edges of your tables. Having it stick out all over the place looks very untidy.

I am not sure if you want advice on the look/feel/usability of the page or the SEO. For the SEO, it looked OK to me.
For the look/feel/usability, as someone who fits into your targetted demographic, I felt like it was a bit harsh to look at and too information filled. Remember, men tend to want a lot of information, women go more by instincts. I would soften the colors a bit, but keep professional colors (i.e.: don't soften it to light pink!).
To me, you have lot of information provided in a way that I could not easily sort out. I have to read through everything, and I would rather glance and proced. Also, I would NEVER make it to the bottom of the page to see the last 3 companies. Just like on Google, only the top couple ever get seen. Maybe instead of listing every feature of each company, provide a chart of the companies comparing their features. That would provide users with a very quick usability review.
Also, someone else brought up trust with these surveys. I think they are hitting on what could be your biggest issue in getting people to click the links and pay the money. How do they know it is worthwhile? You provide an "overall rating" but I don't know what you rate them on? Their website friendliness? Amount of surveys available? Personally, I would rather you rank them on trustworthiness or add a guarantee at the top that you have personally used these services with great success and now you are recommending them to your friends.
I hope some of these ideas are useful for you.

I dont know much about the SEO stuffs, but the 1st look at the site kind of put me off to have anything serious to do with it. The header is the 1st impression, then the google ads below it. It just stands out more than the header, the next put off is the WIDE block of words that seems to be totally out of place.
Sorry about the harsh words, just from my 1st impression as a end user.

to me the layout is ok.
1. redesign your header. maybe make the logo bigger or change the font of your heading.
2. fix your ads. you have 2 google ads on the left that have the same links. consider removing one of them
3. create a menu on the left instead of just links
4. maybe changing the colors a bit might help.
