I know it is early and it is still far away, but does anyone know what events/party - the networking stuff is going on in Chicago? Is there a link to a place that is outlining the events yet?
I can only go for 3 days due to the project I am working on and I am trying to decide which days would be the best to go. I know the day of conferences is shorter on the last day, so I am leaning with the first 3 days, but my work is more interested in me sticking around that Wednesday figuring there might be more networking opportunities that evening.
Any advice would be super!

Al I know that I won't be there. I was really trying to keep the week open, but I'll be in KC that week discussing some business prospects with Hallmark.
Ya'll have a round for me though. I'll even pay for the round if the deal goes through.

Nothing official yet but keep a watch on Joe Morin at Search Engine Watch Forums as he is typically the official party coordinator.
If I recall, last year there was not much for official parties until WebmasterRadio.FM was able to organize a SearchBash at the last moment at Buddy Guys.

I haven't been here in a while and the system is a little different... was quoting the comment about Joe Morin... don't think he has the parties covered for Chicago... but put out feelers with various engines etc. to see what is ahppening.

Yahoo's got a party on Monday, and I believe that Webmaster World's is on Wednesday (at least that is what I remembering the Ad saying).
I'll be arriving Sunday afternoon ... will be down in the bar sometime around 6:30 meeting up with some fellow Philly folks, who although they live rather close to - I've YET to meet yet
