Just looking for your experience with press release distribution. We've been submitting press releases for months now using both PR.com and PRweb.com. We started with PR.com but then found we seemed to get better results with PRweb.com so now we submit to both (mainly because we still have an annual account with PR.com we already paid for.)

So my question is, do you see any benefit or reason to submit to multiple PR distribution sites or am I just wasting my time and should stick with one or the other?

Thanks.

What has been suggested in the pass is to test to see if having two gets more.

unique landing pages for each with identical content and see the ditribution of info to each get people makes it worthwhile.

I wonder if anyone on this board has done such a test...

I have not done a test, but I would imaging that because PRweb and PR.com are similar types of businesses, I would imagin that some people uses only PRweb and others just use PR.com, so if you just done one of them sites, then you will not get as much of an audience, I would imagin.

I usually submit to a few different press release sites to get maximum coverage. Not all of the sites send your press release to the same places, so you're probably missing out on some of your potential audience by only using those two.
