Hello,

I am trying to manage my out-of-control contact list and I was wondering if anyone knows of a good script or program that I can use to centralize all my contact information. It gets pretty crazy when some of my contacts are at work, some are at home and some on my laptop. :aloha: I don't know if any of you have tried to merging an Outlook contact list -- it's not fun!

So I am looking for something that I can password protect online. One script I was looking at is Mozart but I am not sure if this would export my online contacts to Outlook.

Any ideas?

-Craig

I found a GREAT little inexpensive program from a small company in the UK. It's called SaleSmartz and the company is Eurosmartz.

They have a single user shareware version for just $30.00.

I highly recommend it.

Oops, I just re-read your post. You are looking for something to use with your current contact manager. Never mind.

I looked this a while ago when I was doing some voluntary work :halo: One of the problems with Outlook is that it uses a proprietary format.

There are plenty of web-based CRM systems which are released under GPL and use PHP/MySQL

Calcium by Brown Bear Software gives a online calendar which will sync with Outlook's Calendar

OpenExchange by Suse might be worth a look as might www.opengroupware.org

OWG - Do you ever get accused of being a Geordie? I heard from a lot of welsh friend that southerners often get the accents confused omg

Thanks for the pointers.

Has anyone tried ACT! or Maximizer?

Couple of the people use ACT here. One of our directors swears by it.

The SalesSmartz is a much better bang for the buck than ACT.
