Hi alpalino,
Autosurfs are on prohibited for Google publishers. I pasted their policy on prohibited clicks and impressions below as well as the link to their policies page. It is a good idea to bookmark it and become familiar with their terms.
Raymond Novello
Prohibited Clicks and Impressions
Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or impressions, incentives to click or to generate impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.

Alpalino,
That is Non-Sense traffic - it doesn't convert to sales/responses/interested parties - it is just no good.
Just think about this - if you HAVE to "surf your competitors" to get traffic, then what kind of traffic are you getting from this? My guess is you are getting traffic from competitors who also HAVE to surf competitors (meaning you) to get traffic - They don't care, they don't want to know, they don't sign up, they certainly don't buy - they just want traffic for the sake of traffic --- and for what?? ICK!!
My advice - Stray away and stay away.

(and way to go with that info Ray and Fase!)

Usually these sites are set up in a way that each paticipant click each other ads. In my opinion these sites are produced only to help site owners increase contexual ad revenue and has absolutely nothing to do with converting traffic sales etc.
Alpalino i would've thought you'd know this judging by your site.

I send letter to google and they reply. So NOT ALLOWED.
Well there are sites that has adsense and use autosurf programs. So I wanted to know if it is OK. You will ask how do you know this. Because I am using autosurf programs, but not for my blogs. I only offer paid service to people who surf. Actually make some money out of it. Instead of them surfing, I do the surfing for them and assign the credit to their URL. I have been doing this for 6 months and I don't see google doing anything. So therefore I just wondered if it is OK to do this.
