We're big NSEO's, but a question came up that I do not know the answer to.

We will launch a few sites over the next 12 months. We already own the URL's, but we're a bit off from a launch.

The question is, does it make sense to put up a '5 page' informational site with relevent information as to what the site will be about when it launches, or just wait for the official launch date and leave it as a dead url until then.

If it makes sense to do the 5 page site, is it ok to leave it 'as is' or should the info be updated? How long could you leave it 'as is' without updates and not risk losing NSEO?

Welcome rtysmith! bye1.gif

Won't make any difference unless you can get some links pointing to your holder sites.

If you can do that, then you can at least get a little jump on Google's aging delay.
