Have you also analysed which pages your visitors are landing on and exiting your site?

Hi justicewhite

I analyzed both software Mach5 or 123log analyzer but tracking to find landing page and exiting page is not mentioned in this.
Can you suggest in which log analyzer this tracking page data is available. Also we need to find out how time time to spend visitor per page ?

Thanks

If by "Mach5" you're talking about their FastStats program, you'll find "site entry pages", "site exit pages" and "single access pages" under the "Site Stickiness" heading in your reports.

Rajesh,

A few comments from my experience. Your design depends on your customer. I really like your original/current design if you are marketing to engineering/scientific B to B customers. My B to B website is for very technical B to B people who like A LOT of information.

If your potential clientelle coming to the website is a B to C I would go with the new design.

Also, you mentioned your contact form. When I went there it said:
To get in touch with us or to get more information about our services please fill up the following form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

First, I think you meant to say "... fill in ..." not "fill up". Second, I did not see a form to fill in or up! There were email addresses available, but I could not easily see the form. If it is there, it needs to be more obvious. If it is just an email address, that is why you are getting so much spam. You can ditch the email address and force customers through a form to get less spam, or, you can stay customer focused by leaving the email option there and get a better spam killer.

Also, I would make your logo in the top left corner always link back to the home page.

If you are not getting enough replies, you need to have calls to action. For example, when I go to your page: Custom Website Design India Website Designing, it should say, in a prominent position, something like "Contact us now for a quote or with your questions".

It appears that your target market is English speaking - with this in mind, you really need to have someone proof read your website. For example:
BluEnt is a leading software development company india offering software development services to its clients across the globe.

Why is the word "india" in there and why is it not capitalized?

There are enough errors that you do not look professional. I would not hire you based alone on the grammatical errors - it makes me feel like either 1) you are sloppy with your work and do not check it over or 2) You have troubles with English and that will cause communication problems between you and me.

I saw a customer testimonial from: Frans De Greef, Smart Home Automation, Australia. I would suggest a link back to his website - I would have liked an easy way to see what you did for him.

Truly, for the most part, I liked your site. I liked the look and the easy access of the information.

Hope that helps!

Nina
