Right, but you know that just looking at the hook. It's pointy. It's the bait that hides the hook -- that's the deceptive part. A scorpion looks like it could hurt you, and it could. But a scorpion that's hidden behind a cuddly little puppy, now that's deceptive. You go to pat little Fido Jr and.... youch! You're vulture chow.
