Letís say I have a site with four or five pages that each represent a major area of my service based business. Each of these pages has very little content ( Avg of 100 words each ) as the site was initially created by using materials that were initially developed as hard copy marketing collateral for the sake of simplicity and economy. Each page has from 2 to 6 images, 3 to 5 text links, and a sidebar menu consisting of 5 to 7 menu links to other of my pages on the same site.
What am I looking at to get this SEO stuff right the first time??
1. Time to project completion date?
3. Time by way of my own involvement. ( I am a hands on guy and since my business models are rather unique, it may require my involvement to be done right.
Secondly, should I even bother if I focus on a small regional market? ( Bay area of California ) I donít understand how a search engine might use geographical issues to display results. I donít need to be ranked at all for non-regional searches?
Lastly, I donít mean to be rude so it this forum even appropriate for me to be seeking the help of an individual SEO consultant?
< I have moved this to the contracting and subcontracting section this should get better responce>
