just fyi: straight out of uni it was hard for me to get a job without experience. i had to undercut the market to get my foot in the door. around about $27000 NZD for what started out as being mostly onpage seo grunt work, php coding of shopping carts, basic sites etc. plus other responsibilities to do with managing clients website and email hosting etc.

I have not seen any things on perks. Everything that you will receive other than salary.
Also what kind of money were you making before??? Sometimes they will ask you what that amount is, socalled not to give you to big an increase in salary. That is bogus.
$75K plus perks

I really believe it depends on how much you make now and how much you need "for a living".
I would say 20% more than you make on your own would be my price.
