Let's say I'm located in Spain, viewing a website that's located in the US. If this website contains AdSense ads, will I still see ads targeted for Spain? Or since a website's in the US, I'd see predominantly English ads?
Cause I'm thinking, if in our AdWords account (within the foreign AdGroups) I insert some English keywords, then our ads would pop for for pages that are actually written in English, but being viewed in Spain.

In the same way that the Sarah is confused about serving foreign ads:
I'm looking at my web stats and although I serve my ads to UK audiences only, I'm getting hits from my PPC ads from European Middle Eastern and Asian countries too.
Through the whole of June I saw over 1,000 visits from other countries, although it looks like about 100 visitors came through PPC.
Has anyone else seen this at all?

I'm in the UK, playing a US site and sometimes see German ads loading with adsense lol
