I arrived two hours early due to a lucky connection, and am sitting in the Hilton bar. Not many have arrived yet, but the Hilton said they expect 200 check-ins tonight, and a full house of 350 tomorrow.

Hey I think I see you right now at the check in counter! smile.gif
I was wondering if it was you sitting there when I first came down, but I thought it was my lack of sleep playing tricks on me.

Anyway... I'm here, went over and tried to register in early like I did last year, Lillian & Stewart said they are really behind, the stuff didn't get here to set up on time.

I've already tracked down Matt and Jen, and talked with Irma... if ya'll want to grab something to have for dinner, shoot me an email through here.

I jetted home yesterday, and how glad I am.

In case you haven't heard, due to extra security precautions you have to be at the airport 3 hours ahead, and the national guard is searching people at the gates, at least in some airports. Not a good time to fly.

They're making people put their computers, cell phones and electronic car keys in checked luggage. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Ughh...they are? I am on vacation in Hawaii now and didn't have any problem yesterday. Haven't heard the news...what's with the extra security? (Guess I'll go check Google news out.)

Jill really is on vacation. Cuz if she had her TV on for even 5 minutes on anything resembling news she'd already know.

Look for info on Heathrow in London, Jill. We're just slightly elevated here in the states, though I wouldn't try to do a lot of carry-on luggage right now.

'Tis the world we live in these days, unfortunately.

I got to the airport 3 hours early (like CNN suggested I do). It took me about 3 minutes to get from the curb to my seat in the terminal. To make things worse, when they called my flight for boarding, they said "Las Vegas" instead of "Phoenix" so after sitting there for 3 hours, I ignored the boarding lady and missed my flight and got to stay another 2! OH THE JOY!

Anyways, I can't WAIT to see the pics. I think I jumped in front of pretty much every single one in Liana's camera. Can a brotha get a flickr link Liana?
