Interesting to watch the video.
They talk about how you can find the shelving results if you type shelving -waffle but then don't explain it! They said it as if a regular person should be doing that...too funny.
And sorry, but I don't feel bad for the coconut oil lady. Poor thing can't sleep at night she says....and it's all Google's fault...

From now on, I am going to do all my searches with -waffle appended to it.
But...but...I sell waffles and when I wanted a relevant search for waffle and searched using -waffle:

I got nothing!!
