Markymark mentioned in another thread that he was seeing some Inktomi results at Yahoo today, so I went to have a look.
It still looks like Google to me, but what I did see was that instead of actually bolding the search query phrase in the results, the html <b> tags were showing wrapped around the phrases!
It looks really stupid. Anyone else seeing this?

Hmmm, I feel left out. My Yahoo is showing Ink results without the bold tags.
They must be doing lots of testing getting ready for the big transition.

Hey Chris, how can you tell they're ink results? Just by the sites that show up? Or is there another way?

Yes, I have completely different results than you. Mine match the results at PositionTech's Inktomi pure search (http://search.positi...nTechSearch.jsp)
Speaking of Christmas avatars - I need to tease Scottie about her animated graphic - if she keeps that up very long she's going to lose her "Usability Goddess" title.

FTR, I was still seeing G results on Yahoo! earlier today too. And noticed the exact same bolding issue for every link title after the first one on the page.
Looks like they've fixed the bolding issue now though. Just checked again.
Personally, I wish they'd start using the Yink results. Competition is a good thing.
