Hi,
I am laying the ground work for a large SEO campaign where we need to optimize over 100 separate websites. We wish to use WordTracker to help us identify keywords and keyword phrases and save our findings in the WordTracker database. I noticed that WordTracker only holds six stored projects; is it possible to buy an account with more stored projects?
thanks,
Craig.

I am not sure if this is any help but... try WordTracker's customer support:

Normally when doing a project I export the competition results to email then import them into Excel so they are easier to analyse. It has the addition benefit it that it effectively saves your Wordtracker results locally. It's handy as it is not uncommon to have similar sites coming up in my job.
Remember you can import lists of phrases back into wordtracker if you want to search a topic again. Saves lots of time.

Your best bet is to definitely contact WordTracker directly to see if they can help you out. If they can't, then you probably would just want to email the results to yourself (or export them) and move on to the next account.
As a side note...guess whose idea it was many moons ago to have a bunch of projects in WT?
