Jmiller recently sent out an email blurb about Merchant Advantage's Channel Management Software/website.
What is up with that? Am I missing something?

I don't see what you get for your money. You get no discounts from the PPC sites, and you have to have created the accounts yourself.
So what are you paying for?

To follow up, the Channel Management software application allows online retailers to fully take advantage of the shopping comparison site market.
With shopping comparison sites, a retailer’s data needs to be submitted in a certain type of format. Channel Management allows clients to control the way their products are sent utilizing the required format demanded by comparison sites.
In short, by quickly adjusting product feeds based on what is selling, a merchant can quickly and easily change their product catalog across the internet with a click of a button.
Products can be modified, added, or subtracted to make certain an online retailer is getting the best possible return on the pay-per-click advertising money being invested. What some companies have done with a controlled keyword management programs, Merchant Advantage is doing the same with shopping comparison sites and external marketplaces.
Hope this helps-
