Proably too early in the month to start a thread about this but was wondering whether any of you guys will be attending SES London at the end of the month?

Great - looking forward to this year's event. Last year's was my first ever SES and was overwhelmed (in a good way!) by the event. Gave me a great buzz and sort of pumped me up to keep on working in this Internet world!

Jill > Read on the SES London event page that you'll be speaking in the "Writing For Search Engines" session. Will look forward to hearing you speak!

Yep, and I'll be speaking in the "Successful Site Architecture" session on day two.

SES London should be great fun - I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm speaking on the Keyword Research session on the first day and then Jake Baillie, Dave Naylor, and I are doing a Site Clinic on the last day. Should make for an exciting session. biggrin.gif

I'm trying to program in some horsebackriding time while I'm there. Last time we got rained out on the day we planned.

That's great? Were you present at last year's event cause the name rings a bell. Last year was my first year attending SES though wasn't in tune with all the names of the big guys in the idustry yet :-//

I'm speaking on both days now! Will be on the organic SEO panel on day one and the writing one on day 2.

I'm psyched they finally have a woman on the organic panel! (I was supposed to do it last year but had a conflict and couldn't go.)

This is the one event in the last 5 years that my boss actually asked me to go on. I usually have to beg. Our training/event budget is quite small so I was buzzing ... until he told me the date. I'm going on holiday on the 26th censored.gif

It would be great to get some feedback from the event though and maybe even some powerpoints from all of you who are speaking.

Hope you all enjoy the event.

Best wishes

John

PS .. If you get the chance go on the London Eye it's awsome

Off to London in the morning! Gotta leave my house around 5:40 AM or so...but I figure that's 10:40 London time, so it's not so bad!

See you when I get there!

Mods...hold down the fort! kiss2.gif
