I've just started using wordtracker and was wondering what is a good range to try to find keywords for. Some of the ones I "thought" was good only get 15 - 20. Should you target keywards that are arond 100 or thousands???

Target the words you think real people are using to find what your site offers. Wordtracker is just a guide and the search data comes from metasearch engines, not the major players. Wordtracker can help you find phrases you hadn't thought about but don't put too much stock in the actual numbers.
