If i wanted to track what exact page the google adword was clicked on, how would i go abouts doing this?

Look in your log files. You can see where people have come from that way.

Thanks for the reply.

What i meant, is that I want to know what page the person was on MY site when they clicked on a google ad link.

I meant adsense not adwords.. brain fart

I don't think you're given access to that information. Your logs will tell you what page someone left your site from, but not where or how they went.
