Earlier on Searchenginewatch.com they were plugging www.ecomxpo.com because there is a free conference being hosted there from April 4th through April 6th. It's all on the web through a Macromedia plugin and meeting organizer, and seems very similar to what SES was except with a few less sessions.

The main name I noticed was Christine Churchill, and the three keynote speakers are Bryan Eisenberg (author of "Call to Action", Anne Holland (MarketingSherpa President), and Geoff Ramsey (CEO of eMarketer)

I've signed up, just wanted to let you guys know about it. smile.gif

Christine, who? lol.gif Oh, you mean our very own Horsecove! (Or just plain old Chris as we call her.)

She sure does get around. She was teaching at our seminar last week, and now this! I think I heard Matt B mention that he's doing a session there as well.

Thanks TymArtist biggrin.gif

Yes, Matt Bailey, Heather Lloyd-Martin, and I are doing a session at the Ecomxpo on Thursday. It should be a fun gig.

March and April seem to be the months for conferences this year - I didn't exactly plan for it to happen this way, but in the two months alone I will have done 5 conferences.

No wonder I'm tired. tongue.gif

Just curious if anyone else is attending the online ecomxpo? If so, what do you think?
I have been "e-walking around" the floor for a bit

I listened to Jennifer Laycock and Matt Bailey in the 2nd session today and also signed up to try to win some prizes with various exhibitors. It is a pretty cool concept but nothing like going to the real thing. What I do like is that I can skip presentations I don't want to hear and go right to the ones I do. The live Q&A is also pretty neat.

In case anyone else wants to tune in tommorow or Thursday, here is a link. It is totally free with a paid option to listen to archives.

eComXpo is a browser based internet application that requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. The show does not function on Mac computers or browsers other than Internet Explorer including AOL; FireFox, Netscape etc.
