I wanted to post my thoughts about the seminar...

Overall it was very successful and helpful. The presentations where very informative, some more than others for what I was hoping to get out of it. Scottie, Karen, Matt, & Jill really had great information. I was a little disappointed that I had to pick between classes. I wanted to attend both at the same time but, with so much information how else could you have done it? heck if I know... Anyways, thanks for the info and fun.

Ps. I left my seminar booklet in the upstairs room... did anybody ever find it?

Thanks for the feedback MBTMD! Hope you filled out your evaluations also, or Lee will be comin' to getcha!

I do believe Lee found an extra book in one of the rooms, and I think she mentioned that she was gonna mail it to you. Feel free to email her to double-check, however, as things were hectic at the end of the day on Friday.

I'm glad Torka is back in Raleigh. Don't take her away again anytime soon.

Ooohhhh!!! I've been swamped today but finally have a minute to get online to say thank you to everyone who presented at the seminar. I can honestly say it WAS worth every penny. For anyone wondering if a seminar such as the High Ranking Seminar is really worth the money I'd say take a chance, spend the money, and see for yourself. I learned something from EVERY SINGLE presenter and it's hard for me to say who taught me the most. Although, I must say Scottie gave me a huge piece of advice that I'm very grateful for. flowers.gif And, Matt's enthusiasm was contagious!

Bottom line is this:

If you like your business and want to grow and/or improve your site invest your money in attending the next HR Seminar. You'll be glad you did. goodjob.gif

Well, it was nice to be able to recognize everyone from their pic's on the forum. That is except for Torka (Diane). I would not have recognized her based on her HR pic. lol.gif She looks nothing like her avatar. biggrin.gif

And, Matt's a cutie pie!! embarrassed.gif He looks nothing like his avatar. lol.gif

Hey, Julie! Nice to have met you in person. smile.gif Ya know, though, that avatar did sort of look like me at one point in the past. (It's actually the artist's conception of me from my one comic book guest star appearance, maybe 15 years ago.) biggrin.gif

Think of it as the "Toolbar PR" of avatars... it may have been somewhat accurate at some unknowable point in the past; it has very little relationship to current reality; it rarely gets updated; some people might be misled into thinking it's an accurate representation of something simply because it's here and visible, but in fact it's basically meaningless in the overall scheme of things. roflmao.gif That was too cute, Torka! lol.gif

offtopic.gif I was on the phone with a customer today and somehow I said, "Bless his heart" without even realizing it. Then I had to contain my giggles because I just wanted to laugh. lol.gif
