I just downloaded the Google Toolbar Beta version and it has a couple of things on it I would like some more information about.
First off is the Voting smilies button: Seems you can vote if you like a site or not. Do you think Google will use this against ratings in their search engine in the future and if so, what stops me from voting against all my competitor's sites? I don't see the fairness factor or reasoning behind this if this voting area is meant to rank pages.
Second, what is the Category button all about? I read earlier somewhere that Google was going to cateogorize webpages into different themes which would somehow work with link relevance?
Thanks!
