Strange things going on at Google AND Yahoo these days.

I have seen with main URLs that if they are not included with paid inclusion and the site is listed in Looksmart, that Inktomi will use the Looksmart title and description for that page. One must subscribe the URL to their PFI program to get the title and meta description tag on the page to show in the results rather than the Looksmart data.
Yikes. I'm seeing at Position-Tech pure search a description that contains our old LookSmart description plus current on-the-page content. Did I miss something?

It may be that Yahoo is testing the waters before they launch Inktomi as the exclusive provider of search results for the Yahoo portal.

Maybe we should all send them email asking them to make the change for everyone.
I don't see how Google can possibly claim that they are returning relevant sites at the moment. They have dropped so many sites for so many keywords and not necessarily heavily optimized keywords.
Come on Yahoo! Bring on Inktomi. It can't possibly be worse.

I'm in Australia and I'm not seeing Google results in Yahoo anymore - haven't been since at least Monday. Thank goodness for that!
I'm seeing Google results though in AOL.
